To tell whether the plant has enough water depends on one's

experience. In winter, the plant requires less water because the

evaporation rate is lower than the hot summer sun. This soil moisture

detector will be able to help you to judge whether the soil has enough

water or not by inserting the U shape probe into the soil and the

electronics will tell you the result.
