When raining, the rain water will provide a conductive path to the PCB
sensor tracks which will trip the amplifier circuit. The outputs of the
amplifier are given both in digital and analog forms. When rain water is
detected the LED will turn on until rain water is cleared of its PCB sensor
surface. Sensitivity of amplifier can be set by the on board VR
(variable resistor).
Applications:
Rain warning, flood warning, water level sensing. bilge pump control, etc.
