This common anode 10 segment green LED Bar Graph Display has many uses.
When use with LM3914 Dot/Bar Display Driver it can display voltages level
changes instantly. If used with other display driving circuits series resistors must
be used to limit diode current under 15ma. It is used to display water/oil levels in
a tank, sound/noise levels in the room etc.
